JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard on I.A. No.04 of 2021 which is an application seeking to withdraw the instant Writ Petition.

(2.) Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that both the Petitioners have now been appointed as Principal of different Senior Secondary Schools, vide Office Order No.1511/ADM/EDN, dtd. 8/10/2021 of the Education Department, Government of Sikkim. That, in view of such circumstance, he seeks to withdraw the Petition.
