JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

(2.) In the present case, as directed earlier the amendment has to be made by the counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel contends that in place of moving of an application for amendment, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition joining all relevant pleadings.

(3.) Prayer seems to be reasonable, therefore, allowed.
