JUDGEMENT

(1.) This matter is taken up through V.C. Mr. V. Lakshmikumaran learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner assisted by Mr. Rahul Tangri and Ms. Sangita Pradhan, submits that in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 2256-2263 of 2020 (date of disposal: 22.04.2020), he is not pressing this Writ Petition.

(2.) Mr. B. K. Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.

(3.) Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
