JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Mahesh Tewari, counsel for the petitioners along with Mr. Anurag Kumar, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

(2.) Heard Mr. T. N. Verma, counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party- Vigilance Bureau.

(3.) This petition has been filed for setting aside/ quashing the order taking cognizance dated 17.06.2014 by the court of the learned Special Judge (Vigilance ), Hazaribagh in Special Case No. 3 of 2014, under Sections 409, 420, 467,468,477 (A) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 9 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 against 26 persons including the petitioners. This case is now said to be pending in the court of the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Hazaribagh.
