BHIM SINGH, Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Three persons, namely, Mahadeo Singh, Loya Singh and Bhim Singh have faced the trial for committing murder of Shyamsunder Singh @ Nanhu Singh.

(2.) Separate charges under section 302 IPC, section 302/34 IPC and section 120B IPC were framed against them.

(3.) In S.T. No.104 of 1996, they have been convicted and sentenced to R.I for life under section 302/34 IPC. The accused, namely, Mahadeo Singh has also been convicted and sentenced to R.I for life under section 302/120B IPC.
