JUDGEMENT

(1.) It appears that vide order dated 06.08.2019 four weeks' time was allowed to remove all the defects, failing which it was ordered that the appeal shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.

(2.) However, this matter is listed today before the Bench by a Bench slip on behalf of the appellant.

(3.) Mr. S.K. Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellant submits that I.A. No. 5316 of 2016 has been filed for removing the defect nos. 11 & 2. It transpires that there is no mentioning about the I.A. No. 5316 of 2016 in the order dated 06.08.2019 whereby it was ordered that the appeal shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.
