JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners are seeking quashing of Rajmahal P.S. Case No.153 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No.559 of 2016 which was registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 409 and 120B IPC, on 30.10.2016.

(2.) The petitioner no.1 at the relevant time was holding the post of Mukhia and the petitioner no.2 was working as Panchayat Sewak.

(3.) To the Court's query, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case is still at the stage of investigation.
