JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, so does the learned counsel for the opposite party State, that the order under offence has been complied with. In the light of the decision taken by the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Deoghar in the minutes bearing memo no. 648 dated 04.10.2019, appointment letter has been issued in favour of the petitioner bearing memo no. 1647 dated 10.10.2019 passed by District Education Officer, Deoghar.

(2.) In view of the submission made by counsel for the parties, the contempt petition is disposed of.
