JUDGEMENT

(1.) The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach before the State Government as per the provision made under Section 44(ka) (da) of Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1930.

(3.) Learned counsel for the State-respondent has no objection to such submission made on behalf of the petitioner.
