JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the award dated 29.07.2008 passed by the Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal No. 1, Dhanbad in Reference No. 149 of 2001, whereby the learned Tribunal has answered the reference against the petitioner and in favour of the management.
