(1.) This application has been filed for condonation of delay of 226 days in filing the instant appeal.

(2.) The appellant is aggrieved of the order dated 23.09.2016 passed in W.P.(S) No.107 of 2010.

(3.) By the impugned order dated 23.09.2016, his challenge to the order of dismissal from service dated 13.04.2000 has failed.
