JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. P. Gangopadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Laxman Kumar, learned counsel for the Union of India.

(2.) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for quashing the letter dated 15.10.2007 whereby salary for a period of 17 days w.e.f. 18.10.2006 to 03.11.2006, has been deducted.

(3.) By way of the interlocutory application being I.A. No. 7578 of 2019, the petitioner has also challenged the order of dies-non.
