JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. V. P. Singh, the learned Senior counsel appears for the petitioners in Cr. M. P. No. 2629 of 2016 and Mr. R. S. Mazumdar, the learned Senior counsel appears for the petitioners in Cr.M.P. No. 2049 of 2016.

(2.) It is stated that on a trivial issue, in the heat of moment, the parties entered into a quarrel and lodged criminal cases against each other.

(3.) In Cr.M.P. No. 2629 of 2016, the petitioners are seeking quashing of the entire criminal proceeding arising out of Doranda P.S. Case no. 372 of 2007 corresponding to G.R. No. 4822 of 2007 now converted to Sessions Trial No. 94 of 2009.
