JUDGEMENT

(1.) No one appears on behalf of the appellant. Learned counsel for the respondents is present. Impugned order dated 23 rd February 2017 reads as under :-

(2.) This writ petition was filed on 11.12.2007 and listed for hearing on 30.07.2008. Thereafter, it was listed on as many as six occasions, however, no effective step was taken by the petitioner in the matter. Not only that, on 05.04.2011 the petitioner went unrepresented. Today also, counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation either on his behalf or on behalf of the petitioner.

(3.) Challenge in the writ petition is to the selection of respondent no.7 as Para-Teacher.
