JUDGEMENT

(1.) In pursuance to the order dated 11.11.2019, Mr. Satya Prakash, at present holding the post of Sub-Divisional Officer and in that capacity is also Rent Controller under the Jharkhand Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 2011.

(2.) The writ petition has been filed for a direction upon the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Rent Controller to allow the eviction suit filed by the petitioner. The reason for filing writ petition with such relief that the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Rent Controller is not accepting the suit.

(3.) This Court, after having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner on 11.11.2019, has passed the following order :-
