(1.) Heard Mr. Rajiv Kumar Karn, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants.

Counsel for the appellants submits by referring to the F.I.R that the appellants are quite innocent and they have not committed any offence and the case itself has been lodged on account of the fact that the husband of the informant and the family members were involved in certain illegal transportation of P.D.S rice and on the basis of information given by the appellants, the bags of rice were seized and a criminal case was also lodged. He further submits that during the pendency of the case, good feelings and harmonious relationship between the appellants and the opposite party no.2 has prevailed and they are at good terms with each other accordingly, he further submits that considering this aspect of the matter, the appellants may be enlarged on anticipatory bail and the impugned order may be set aside.
