AJAY MANDAL Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

(2.) Accused-Ajay Mandal and Manoj Mandal are in custody in a case registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(C), 66(D) of Information Technology Act in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No.12 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.91 of 2019.

(3.) It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner-Ajay Mandal is in custody since 06.11.2018 and petitioner-Manoj Mandal is in custody since 07.11.2018. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused namely Kailash Mandal @ Kailash Kumar Mandal has already been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.4018 of 2019 vide order dated 10.07.2019.
