VIHSAL KHARIA Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is second attempt by the petitioner seeking bail in S.T. Case No.137 of 2015 arising out of Kamdara P.S Case No.46 of 2013.

(2.) A First Information Report for the offence punishable under Sec. 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 353 I.P.C, sec. 25(1-b)a/26(2)/27/35 Arms Act and sec. 17 C.L.A Act was lodged on 30/11/2013.

(3.) In the First Information Report, the petitioner is accused no.4 and he is said to be an active member of the extremist organisation-PLFI. He is in judicial custody since 20/12/2014 in this case. There are nine criminal cases of serious nature registered against the petitioner.
