(3.) This appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 10.08.2017 passed in W.P.(S) No. 706 of 2017 whereby the learned Single Judge has quashed the order dated 09.12.2016 by which the compassionate appointment as claimed by the writ petitioner, was declined.
