JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner seeks review of the order dated 18.07.2013 by which her writ petition has been dismissed.

(2.) By an order dated 12.05.2012, the employer-M/s Central Coalfields Limited has rejected the claim for compassionate appointment of the petitioner.

(3.) In the proceeding before the writ Court the respondent-M/s CCL took a plea that there is no record with the employer which would disclose that the writ petitioner was legally-married wife of the employee namely, late Sanicharwa Bediya.
