JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Mrinal Kanti Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Amitabh Prasad, learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for quashing the order 22.01.2008 whereby the departmental proceeding against the petitioner has been initiated.

(3.) Mr. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the departmental proceeding was initiated against the petitioner and thereafter he is not able to contact the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has not come forward with any instruction as to what happens in the departmental proceeding.
