JUDGEMENT

(2.) Mr. Shailesh, the learned counsel for the appellants submits that he has no instructions to file an application for substitution of the deceased appellants.

(3.) Accordingly, Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 3 of 1994 (R) in respect of the appellant nos. 2 to 6 namely, Lakshman Kumhar-appellant no. 2, Jit Ram Kumhar-appellant no. 3, Jhumania Devi @ Jubain Devi-appellant no. 4, Asturn Devi-appellant no. 5 and Birsa Kumhar-appellant no. 6 has abated.
