JUDGEMENT

(1.) Parties are present today, as per the previous order dated 28.11.2019.

(2.) Heard, learned counsel for the parties and also Mr. Rahul Gupta, learned Senior Standing Counsel No.1.

(3.) A brief background of the controversy is being mentioned hereunder before adverting to the present state of facts culminating into an amicable settlement between the parties of their matrimonial dispute. Husband/appellant sought dissolution of marriage with the defendent/ respondent herein solemnized in the year 1979, as per his case through Matrimonial Case No. 72 of 2012 on grounds of desertion. During the proceedings of the suit, issues were also framed on the grounds of mental and physical cruelty on the basis of rival pleadings of the parties. After contest, the suit was dismissed by the impugned judgment dated 30.11.2016 and decree dated 09.12.2016 rendered by the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Palamau at Daltonganj.
