PRADEEP ORAON Vs. STATE OF BIHAR

JUDGEMENT

(1.) By an order dated 19.04.1991 passed in Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 88 of 1991 (R), the appellant no. 2-Sujit Oraon was released on bail and by an order dated 11.03.1999 the appellant no. 1-Pradeep Oraon was also released on bail.

(2.) Proceeding in this criminal appeal would indicate that the original lower court records were not traceable and therefore the parties have supplied photo-copies of the records on the basis of which record of Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 88 of 1991(R) has been reconstructed.

(3.) The appellants are aggrieved of the judgment of conviction and the order of sentence, both dated 03.04.1991, passed in S.T No. 180 of 1989/78 of 1990.
