PRITAM BAITHA Vs. THE STATE OF BIHAR

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Sunil Kumar Sinha, the learned counsel for the appellants submits that on 12.04.2019 the appellants namely, Jugal Baitha @ Gopal Baitha and Situ Baitha, both sons of Pritam Baitha have surrendered before the court below and they have been sent to the judicial custody.

(2.) Being satisfied of the bonafide of the appellant nos. 2 and 3, it is hereby directed that on execution of a bond by the appellant nos. 2 and 3 undertaking that as and when their presence is required they shall appear before this Court, they shall be released on bail. Bail-bonds furnished by them previously shall be accepted by the court concerned.

(3.) Mr. Vikash Kumar, the learned Amicus who has been appointed to argue this criminal appeal on behalf of the appellant no. 1 has been provided a complete set of paper-book of this criminal appeal.
