JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has preferred the instant writ petition invoking writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the reliefs initially as prayed for in para-1 of the writ petition.

(2.) The writ application was filed on 19.11.2009 and further under order dated 13.01.2019, four weeks' time was granted to learned counsel for the ACB to file counter affidavit and execution of non-bailalble warrant was stayed.

(3.) Further, the matter was listed again on 01.03.2019, 29.03.2019, 26.04.2019, 10.05.2019, 14.05.2019, 14.06.2019, 10.07.2019 and thereafter, the matter was listed on 22.07.2019.
