(1.) Heard Mrs. Vandana Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Subhash Chandra Prakash, learned A.C. to S.C. (L&C) appearing for the respondent-State and Mrs. Sweety Topno, learned counsel for the respondent no. 6, NHAI.

The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for direction upon the respondents to grant 'No Objection Certificate' with respect to 22 decimals of his land situated at plot no. 2329, Mauza- Nirsa, Khata No. 261, Pargana-Pandara, P.S. Nirsa, District- Dhanbad. The prayer is also made for grant of compensation for acquisition of land of the petitioner.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the 22 decimals of land situated in Mauza-Nirsa, District-Dhanbad. The said 22 decimals of land was purchased by the petitioner from Sukhda Ghatoalin out of the total area of 51 decimals of land vide registered sale deed no. 9057 dated 25/05/66. The photo copy of the said registered sale deed is annexed as Annexure-1 Series to this writ petition.
