PAREYA BARLA Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The sole appellant has suffered the judgment of conviction under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and for the said offence he has been inflicted sentence of RI for life and fine of Rs. 5000/-.

(2.) The informant of this case is son of Sukhmani Barla, the deceased. On the basis of his fardbeyan which was recorded on 03.01.2009, at about 11:00 a.m., in the courtyard of his house, Kamdara P.S. Case No. 3 of 2009 was lodged against the appellant.

(3.) During the trial, the prosecution has examined eleven witnesses; the informant, namely, Gunja Barla is PW-3.
