NIRBHAY SINGH Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) W.P.(C) no. 2181 of 2007 has been filed for quashing the ultimatum published in the daily newspaper i.e. "Prabhat Khabar", Jamshedpur edition dated 10.04.2007 whereby the petitioner was given ultimatum by the respondents for removing the encroachment in pursuance of order dated 06.11.2004 passed in encroachment proceeding i.e. B.P.L.E. Case No. 09 of 2000.

(2.) W.P.(C) no. 2194 of 2007 has been filed for quashing the ex- parte order dated 15.09.2004 (Annexure-6 to the writ petition) passed by the Collector, under Bihar (now Jharkhand) Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 (in short "the Act, 1956"), Jamshedpur, in B.P.L.E. Case no. 118 of 1989.
