MANISH RANJAN Vs. ALLAHABAD BANK AND ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The entire cause of action of this case have occurred within the State of Uttar Pradesh.

(2.) The brother of the petitioner was an officer of Allahabad Bank, posted in Mehnajpur Branch, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. He died in harness there on 3/5/2015.

(3.) This case has been filed claiming compassionate appointment as well as for payment of some of the dues.
