JUDGEMENT

(1.) In these quash-petitions, the petitioners are seeking quashing of the entire criminal proceeding arising out of Chirkunda P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 196 of 2013 which has been lodged for the offences under section 420/120B IPC and section 3/4/6 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.

(2.) The aforesaid allegations are attributed to Vishwamitra India Pariwar, Saradha Group of Companies and other companies with their officials and the employees.

(3.) In Cr. M. P. No. 195 of 2013, the petitioner is Director of Saradha Realty Pvt. Ltd. She is shareholder of the company.
