JUDGEMENT

(1.) Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners have moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Bagdehri P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 arising out of P.C.R. Case No. 33 of 2018 for the offence registered under Section 420 , 406 , 467 , 468 , 471 , 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Heard the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that on being recommended by the petitioners the informant invested certain money in the Basil International Company and for which the informant was provided with appropriate certificate. It is further submitted that the petitioners are no way connected with the said company and there is absolutely no document to show that the petitioners were in any manner connected with the companies for the said investment of the informant for which certificate of investment has been granted to them by the company concerned. It is further submitted that the petitioners are ready and willing to cooperate with the investigation of the case and also willing to furnish sufficient security including cash security. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioners be given the privilege of anticipatory bail.
