(3.) This appeal under Section 37 of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 is directed against the order date 02.05.2005 passed in Misc. Case No. 08 of 2001 by learned Subordinate Judge-I, Chaibasa, West Singhbhum, whereby the award dated 28.02.2001 passed by sole Arbitrator has been set-aside.
