JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

(2.) The petitioner is aggrieved by the revisional order dated 4th August, 2018, by which his revision application being Cr. Revision No. 129 of 2018 was dismissed. The said revision application was filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 17.01.2018, passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Singhbhum East at Jamshedpur in G.R. No. 2209 of 2006, arising out of Mango P.S. Case No. 378 of 2006, by which his application under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure stood dismissed.

(3.) Be it noted here that the petitioner, in this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has not challenged the initial order dated 17.01.2018, passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Singhbhum East at Jamshedpur in G.R. No. 2209 of 2006. Thus, the only order which is under challenge is the revisional order.
