(2.) Heard. On perusal of the joint compromise petition it is evident that the parties have amicably settled the matter and the O.P.no.2 along with her minor daughter is leading a happy conjugal life with her husband, i.e., petitioner no.1 and the differences between petitioners no.2,3 and 4 have also been resolved hence, the continuance of criminal proceeding will be an abuse of process of the Court accordingly, the entire criminal proceeding including the order taking cognizance dated 12.01.2017 arising out of Khunti P.S.Case no.137/2016 (G.R.NO.438/2016) is hereby quashed.

(3.) The petition stands allowed. Consequently, I.A.No.9535 of 2018 stands disposed off.
