JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Shashank Shekhar Prasad, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

(2.) The relief prayed for in the instant application is as under:-

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the order dated 24.07.2019 passed in B.A. No. 5980 of 2019, one of condition for bail is that one of the bailors should be government servant. He further submits that in spite of best of efforts the petitioner could not arrange any government servant to be his bailor. He submits that in the instant petition he has stated that one of the bailor of the petitioner would be the mother of the petitioner. Accordingly, he submits that the condition of bail may be modified.
