JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Jitendra Kr. Pasari, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

(2.) Heard Mr. Vijay Kant Dubey, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that this application has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act , 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator as per the contract entered into between the parties and the Notice Inviting Tender No. DGM/CC/05-06/228 dated 07.05.2005 and work order no. DGM/CC/05-06/145 dated 30.08.2005, as, in spite of the notice /request made by the petitioner to the opposite parties vide letter dated 14.08.2018, they did not inform the petitioner for appointment of the Arbitrator.
