JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition is for issuance of direction to pay the compensation to the petitioner against the land acquired appertaining to Khata No.12, Plot no.214, area 27.5 decimals for widening of NH 32 situated at Mouza Demudih, Chas in the district of Bokaro.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has already filed representation ventilating his grievance for payment of compensation however after lapse of two more decades the same has not been paid, therefore, this writ petition has been filed.

(3.) Mr. Vineet Prakash, learned A.C to S.C (L & C) for the respondents submits that the matter is listed under the heading for 'Fresh Filing' and since the representation is pending, the writ petition may be disposed of, directing the authority to take decision in the matter in accordance with law.
