JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Sheo Kumar Singh, counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant.

(2.) This appeal has been directed against the impugned order of rejection of anticipatory bail dated 04.09.2018 in ABP Case No. 435 of 2018 (arising out of Koderma Mahila PS Case No. 02/2018, GR No. 328/2018) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I Koderma, registered for the offences under Sections 366 / 497 / 504 / 506 / 34 IPC and under section 3(x) of SC/ST (POA) Act, which is now said to be pending in the court of SDJM, Koderma.

Counsel for the appellant submits that the learned court below has rejected the anticipatory bail of the appellant by referring to Section 18 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act , 1989. He submits that the case has been registered under Sections 366 / 497 / 504 / 506 / 34 IPC and under section 3(x) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act , 1989.
