JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondent No.3- The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Ranchi for taking final decision in Case No.958 of 2018 filed under Section 133 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) It is the case of the petitioner that a petition filed under Section 133 of the Cr.P.C. before the respondent No.3 but, as yet no final decision has been taken, hence, this writ petition.

(3.) Ms. Aanya, learned A.C. to G.P.-IV, has submitted that the appropriate order may be passed by directing the concerned respondent to take final decision if not already taken within stipulated period.
