JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this quash-petition, the petitioner is seeking quashing of the entire criminal proceeding arising out of Nirsha P.S. Case No. 45 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 659 of 2013 which has been registered for the offences under section 420/120B IPC and section 3/4/6 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.

(2.) The aforesaid allegations are attributed to M/s Basil International Limited and other companies with their officials and the employees.

(3.) At the relevant time, the petitioner was posted as Branch Manager of M/s Basil International Limited.
