JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) In this revision application, the petitioner has prayed to set aside the order dated 07.12.2018, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Latehar in Misc. Cr. Application No. 40 of 2017, arising out of S.T. No. 68 of 2016, whereby the application of the petitioner praying therein to declare him as a juvenile, has been rejected.

(3.) The FIR was registered under Section 302 , 120(B) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, read with Section 27 of the Arms Act being Chandwa P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015 against unknown. The petitioner was implicated in this case.
