JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Rajendra Krishna, counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Rajesh Kumar, for the Respondent Bank.

(2.) The petitioner preferred W.P.(S) No. 2647 of 2007 for quashing of the Charge Sheet dated 14.9.2000 with respect to the Departmental Proceeding in which petitioner has been awarded the punishment of deduction of ranks by four increments putting the petitioner to the lowest basic pay scale.

(3.) W.P.(S) No. 4908 of 2007 has been preferred by the petitioner for quashing the appellate order contained in letter dated 07.09.2006.
