JUDGEMENT

(1.) When the matter is called out, no one appears on behalf of the appellants.

(2.) Mr. Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, the learned A.P.P. appears for the respondent-State of Jharkhand.

(3.) Pursuant to the order dated 02.04.2019 a report has been received from the Officer-in-charge, P.S.-Madhurpur, District-Deoghar. It is stated that the appellant no.1 namely, Ismail Sheikh and the appellant no.3 namely, Hanif Sheikh have died.
