JUDGEMENT

(1.) By Court :- Both these appeals arise out of the same impugned Judgement, and as such, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common Judgement.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the State in both these appeals.

(3.) The appellants are aggrieved by the impugned Judgement of conviction dated 20th of October, 2010 and Order of sentence dtd. 26/10/2010, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-I, Gumla, in S.T. No.46 of 2008, whereby, all these appellants have been found guilty and convicted for the offence under Ss. 302/34 the Indian Penal Code. Upon hearing on the point of sentence, the appellants have been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life with fine of Rs.2,000.00 each, for the said offence.
