JUDGEMENT

(1.) By order dated 14.08.2019 four weeks' time was allowed to remove all ther defects. It was observed that if the defects shall not be removed within the aforesaid period, the appeal shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.

(2.) Today, this matter has been listed by a Bench slip.

(3.) I.A. No. 8717 of 2019 has been filed for extension of time and the order dated 14.08.2019 has already been taken effect on 11.09.2019.
