JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the parties.

(2.) The petitioner in this writ application, has prayed for quashing the order dated 13.3.2001 (Annexure-3) passed by the Regional Deputy Director, Education, Santhal Pargana Region, Dumka (Respondent No. 4), whereby the petitioner's services have been terminated. A further prayer has been made by the petitioner for issuance of a direction upon the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service on the post of Daftari on which he was initially appointed.

(3.) The petitioner was appointed on the vacant post of Daftari in the office of the District Education Superintendent by office order dated 9.7.1990 issued under the signature of the District Education Officer, Deoghar.
