JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties, and with their consent this petition is being disposed of at this stage itself.

(2.) The petitioner is Assistant Teacher Working in Middle School, Mango. Jamshedpur. Her husband Ram Sagar Singh is also Assistant Teacher Working in Kalinidi Samity Middle School, Bhuiandih in the town of Jamshedpur.

(3.) It appears that both the husband and wife, being Government servants, were drawing house rent allowances, since both them were not allotted any Government accommodation.
