JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has filed this petition for the following reliefs:-

(2.) It is alleged that the petitioner has not been given the payment of overtime allowances as well as interest of G.P.F amount and delay payments. It is alleged in paragraph-7 of the writ petition, that the petitioner has also filed representations dated 28.10.2004, 19.12.2005, 18.05.2006 and 24.12.2007 before the respondents for the payment of his retiral benefits including the overtime allowances and other dues, but said request has not been considered.

(3.) In the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be just and proper, without going into the merit of the petition, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of the presentation of a copy of this order before the competent authority.
