JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been field for seeking the post retiral benefits by the petitioner.In paragraph-8 of the counter affidavit it is stated that the following payments to the petitioner have been made on account of his retiral benefits which reads as under:

(2.) In view of the above, it is apparent that the respondents have paid certain amount to the petitioner whereas some outstanding dues are still pending, which is admitted to the respondents. The petitioner shall make a representation to the respondents indicating the details of the arrears and the post retiral benefits within a period of one month alongwith a copy of this order and the respondents would dispose of the representation of the petitioner by making a speaking order expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months thereafter.

(3.) It is needless to say that if there is a delay of payment, the authority will also consider the question of interest payable to the petitioner.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
